 We are the creators of a mat based Pilates program called The Core Method.  

The Core Method is a Pilates based mat exercise program which uses multiple pieces of equipment and small Pilates apparatus to challenge the body on many levels.  

The Core Method and its classes are specifically designed for clients, of any age and level of ability.  All of our clients enjoy the many benefits of this fitness discipline… stronger leaner bodies… improved flexibility… improved balance…improved posture and a much greater sense of physical well-being. 

We limit our class sizes in order to provide individualized attention and instruction to each of our clients. Our instructors are all certified in Pilates with over twenty five years of experience teaching all levels, from the very beginner to the very advanced. 

We offer both 1 hour mat class sessions or customized private sessions.
